Determination and Progress

After my last post I had some requests for "before and after" pictures of Son's weight loss. Since he continues to work on losing more weight these pictures are titled "At the beginning" and "Current."

He is very determined and his progress is amazing!

At the Beginning

This is the best photo I had of Son from December, 2011 when the family got together for Christmas.

Current

This photo was taken yesterday at a mall in Oklahoma City when he and his family met up with Eskimo Joe and Buffy.

Amazing, huh?!

  7. He really should be proud of this accomplishment! He's good looking both those pictures, the second one he looks YOUNGER! Boy, if losing weight would help me look younger, that might be the motivation I need...

  8. We have found out that it is relatively easy to loose the weight if one is determined to do so -- and I certainly do not mean to taking anything way from his accomplishment at all mind you -- but once one gets to the point where one wants to weigh, then staying at that weight is darn difficult. I hope he is able to figure out how to do that successfully. We have not

  9. That's impressive. Can I ask how he is doing it? I lost 45 pounds last year and have since gained it all back. I'm open to any suggestions to help me back it down again.

  10. Shelley, Basically he just started eating better, getting up off the couch and exercising like crazy. He runs, swims, works out every day and he also took some dance lessons. He's always been one to accomplish whatever he sets his mind to.
